Design your own kitchen worktops using tiles and “Durastep DP” by Dural
Do you want a new look for your kitchen worktop? Modern tiles and the right profiles can make this an easy task. The current large format 60x60 tiles are perfect for the job.
Modern tiles in 60 x 60 or 60 x 30 cm formats are just the right size for designing kitchen work surfaces. They match the depth perfectly and only need a few joints along the width of the worktop. Combined with the new “Durastep DP” edging profile from Dural, they can make for a very generous and easy-to-clean base. This is particular simple for the modernisation of old kitchens. The existing worktops can simply be tiled over and tough aluminium profiles of the appropriate width make for elegant edging.

SQUARELINE 4.5 mm – The perfect profile for extrathin tiles
Tiles are getting thinner and thinner, meaning that tiling profiles need to keep up. Dural is staying up to date with the latest trends with a variety of products including the 4.5-mm version of its “Squareline” range.
The latest extra-large tiles being marketed by more and more tile manufacturers can be just 3 or 4 mm thick. This trend is particularly intended to open up opportunities in the markets for renovation and refurbishment.

Dural präsentiert auf der Batimat 2007 neues Prüfzeugnis für Tilux Board
Montabaur.- Vom 5.-10. November 2007 findet auf dem Pariser Messegelände Frankreichs wichtigste Baufachmesse, die Batimat, statt. Auch der Westerwälder Profil- und Mattenspezialist Dural ist dort wieder mit einem eigenen Messestand in Halle 7.2, Stand E61, vertreten. Die Präsenz in der französischen Metropole kommt nicht von ungefähr, denn immerhin ist Frankreich für Dural einer der wichtigsten Exportmärkte.

Cersaie für Dural weiterhin wichtige internationale Messeplattform
Montabaur. Mit einem positiven Messefazit kehrte der Westerwälder Profil- und Mattenspezialist Dural von der Fliesenfachmesse Cersaie 2007 in Bologna zurück. Zahlreiche Kontakte und Gespräche mit Kunden und Partner aus Europa und Übersee unterstrichen einmal mehr die Bedeutung der italienischen Messe als internationale Plattform.

Entkopplungsmatte Durabase CI trägt Autos von Opel
Montabaur. Ein bis zwei Tonnen auf vier Quadratmetern: Autohändler wissen genau, was ihr Fußboden so alles aushalten muss. Ein schäbiger Riss in den Fliesen – und die schöne Präsentation ist dahin. Rausschlagen und erneuern? Das kann teuer werden. Raffinierter ist da schon die Lösung, die Opel-Vertragshändler Klaus Günther gewählt hat. Als sein Bodenbelag im März 2007 erneuert werden musste, setzte der Händler aus Ransbach-Baumbach auf ein unsichtbares Detail: Er ließ die alten Fliesen drin und vertraute auf den Einsatz der Dural Verlegematte Durabase CI.
